Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:
- The product arrives with manufacturing defects or quality issues
- The product is incorrect compared to the order
- The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the goods
- Clear photos or videos are provided for verification
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of industrial and bulk supply products, the following items are generally non-returnable:
- Custom or OEM/ODM products
- Bulk or wholesale orders
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or special discounted products
Shipping & Responsibility
- If the issue is caused by our production or packaging, we will cover the cost of replacement or refund.
- If the issue is due to incorrect ordering or customer-related reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production or shipment begins. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
